How do I navigate the site? Como puedo navegar este sitio?
	To navigate this website, simply click on a category you might be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left & bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product. If you have any trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.
How do I use a coupon? Como uso un cupon?
	After adding items to your cart, click the "Shopping Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.

Ordering Quinceanera Dresses (Ordenes De Vestidos Para Quinceanera)
How can I order my Quinceanera Dress? Como puedo ordenar mi vestido?
	Some collections are available to order online. If you feel you need further assistance, such as help on ordering the best size, please feel free to contact us by phone or email to order your quinceanera dress. You can also email us your name and number and we will call you as soon as possible to assist you with your purchase.
How much will shipping be for my dress? Cuanta va costar enviar mi vestido de quinceanera?
	All Quinceanera Dresses qualify for FREE ground shipping within the continental US!
Is a bag for storing my dress included in the price? Esta incluida en el precio una bolsa para conservar mi vestido?
	Of course! Included with each dress is a extremely durable, clear plastic bag with a zipper in front. It allows your dress to be hanged while still inside the bag.
Is the petticoat or hoop included? Esta la crinolina incluida con mi vestido?
	No. However, you have the option to order a hoop or petticoat for only $50.00 when purchased at the same time as the dress. Hoops and petticoats are meant to make your dress appear fuller and rounder. We can help you choose the right size to achieve your desired look. Please call us for more information on also ordering a hoop or petticoat.
What if my dress does not fit? Que si mi vestido no me queda?
	We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! Therefore, we will answer any question, clear any doubts, and do everything possible to help you make an informed decision before your purchase. Please note that every dress is carefully checked for any type of defects or damages immediately prior to shipping and our dresses are all new. However, if you are unsatisfied with your dress you will have 3 days following the receipt of your order (using FedEx delivery confirmation) to contact us via email, phone or fax. We will only exchange the dress for a larger size and for the same color and style. The dress must be in the same condition as when it left our store with all tags attached and must not be used. You will incur return shipping fees and a $16.00 shipping fee will apply on the replacement dress.

	Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
What is the return policy? Qual es la polica de retornos?

When will my order ship? Cuando va salir mi order?
	Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed. We do our best to ship orders out as quickly as possible. However, availability is limited on many items and processing time may vary depending on your customization options. Please call us if your event is less than 3 weeks away to ensure that your items can be delivered on time. To track your order, you may click the "Your Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Pricing and Billing (Precios y Cobros)
Do I have to pay sales tax? Tengo que pagar impuestos?
	You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse. Our warehouse is currently located in Texas. Customers ordering from any other state will not have to pay sales tax.
I have a question on my charges. Tengo preguntas sobre mis cargos.

	Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
